A sort of over thinking or heart aching?
Well, you can say both to many cases but the truth is and which I believe is over thinking. Yes! It is if you stop thinking or worrying about the same thing than believe me you'll never get any depression. But most of the people used to cry and stop believing that everything will be alright. They just keep on damaging their health instead of ignoring it.
I suffer depression but I ignored it, because if we don't ignore it instead of thinking over and over again. I agree people have lots of troubles as compare to me or you can also say I've lots of problems as compare to you!
But ignorance is the best solution in these situations.
- You may feel lonely most of the time.
- You may feel empty.
- You may feel lost.
- You may feel aggressive.
- You may feel to burst into cries.
- You may want to be alone all the time.
- You may need a hug all the time.
- You may don't want to smile.
- You may don't want to awake.
- You may don't want to sleep.
What I mean is!
- Try to live a healthy life.
- Try to spend your most of the times with your loved ones (friends or family).
- Try to do some exercise every day.
- Try to eat healthy fruits.
- Try to make others smile.
- Try to laugh out loud.
- Try to be yourself.
- Try to live a happy life.
- Try to avoid problems.
- Try to do what's makes you happy.
Live your life,
The way you want,
Forget, What the world has thought.
